Everything we do can lead back to our motivation for Happiness.  Tony Hsieh, the author, has a very comfortable and simple approach to happiness.  He doesn’t have a PH.D.  He is only armed with a straight forward mindset towards happiness that is validated by proven experience.  The book has examples that are primarily business related, yet can apply to personal life.

Don’t put money before your passions.
-Acquiring money is not bad but mis-prioritizing it is.

Act weak when strong. Act strong when weak.

Successful business, like poker, starts at sitting at the right table.
-Your first pick can be your last; take your time.

**Invest time and money in things you understand.

Before you start building tons of new relationships, start growing the depth and strength of current relationships.

***Problems are mile markers we encounter on the road to success.

Don’t find expect joy at the end of the rainbow. Find joy with the rainbow itself.
